About this course

The Junior Windsor Young Leaders Programme focuses on helping children become confident communicators during their primary school years. At this stage, storytelling becomes a powerful tool for developing expression and imagination.

Students are introduced to the fundamentals of public speaking, etiquette, and teamwork. Through structured activities, they begin understanding voice modulation, body language, and the art of presenting ideas with clarity.

Alongside communication skills, the program also focuses on manners, self-awareness, and social behavior, helping students develop confidence both inside and outside the classroom.

Week 1

Confidence & Self-Expression

Children begin their journey by learning how to express themselves with confidence. Activities focus on communication, positive body language, and building self-belief in group settings.

Teamwork & Social Etiquette

Participants learn the basics of respectful communication, listening skills, and collaboration through engaging group activities and role-playing.

Creative Thinking & Leadership Basics
